Information on Audio and Visual Services
There is a fee for using installed audio-visual equipment (e.g. video/data projectors) in the general assignment classrooms. Contact Audio Visual Services at (310) 206-6591 to reserve equipment. Please view their website http://www.oid.ucla.edu/classroom/av to see if your rooms are listed.
All student groups need to pay for the use of installed classroom AV equipment. The cost is $109 per day and must be paid in person with a personal check only (unless paid with a recharge ID). Organizational checks or other forms of payment will not be accepted.
